Include protein at every meal
Having protein will help keep you satisfied, and therefore will help resist the temptation to snack too much between meals. Protein also helps boost your metabolism, as it requires more calories to metabolize compared to fats and carbohydrates. Some high-quality protein sources include daal, beans, chicken breast, fish, hanging curd.
Avoid drinks with calories
Drinking your calories, sugary drinks, juices, or alcohol, is an easy way to alter your diet. Water also helps keep you full. If plain water seems boring, season with lemon, mint, or fruit or vegetable slices for a fun touch.
Just write it down
Writing down your food and drink intake is important to be successful in losing weight, as it makes you responsible. Our customers often share with us that their eating habits get worse when they stop recording their food intake.
Do not eat after dinner
Nighttime snacks are a problem for many people, especially when they stay up late into the night, watch TV without thinking, or surf the Internet. Eat three feeds a day, not five or six little things

Waiting for your next half also causes your body to run a calorie deficit that will then begin to lose body fat.
High-intensity interval training and strength training
Most people stick to the same routine/plan in the gym without getting the results they want. For the change you want, you should try high-intensity interval training, which is a great way to help you lose fat. Often times people are so focused on their cardio and often forget about weight training, which is a very important part of the exercise routine. Strength training defines muscles and also increases your metabolism.
